How does Regalii maintain regulatory compliance?
Grupo Regalii operates as a service provider for its clients, providing white-label bill pay solutions. Regalii is fully compliant with federal and state requirements and also maintains a robust U.S. anti-money laundering program to ensure its services are only used lawfully. Regalii’s compliance staff are available to demonstrate the program to its partners and potential partners. Furthermore, Regalii fully cooperates with all due diligence requests and anti-money laundering requirements of partner institutions.
Are Client’s End User credentials secure?
All passwords and API secrets are one-way hashed using Bcrypt with a factor of 10. API secrets are generated using cryptographically secure random number generators and represent over 128-bits of entropy.
Is your API secure?
Yes. Our servers are located in a secure, SOC 1 Type II, SOC 2 Type II and SOC 3, and ISO 27001 standard compliant, server warehouse. Our hosting and processing providers are a Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard (DSS) Level 1 Service Providers.
